Welcome to St Matthew's Primary Windsor


St Matthew's Primary is a Catholic school nestled in the beautiful historic town of Windsor, a short walk from the scenic Hawkesbury River.

It is the oldest living Catholic school in Australia and its earliest written record is a letter from the Colonial Secretary dated 24 August 1833.

St Matthew's Primary has continued to provide a warm and secure educational environment, with a strong belief that happy and contented children learn best. Our students are encouraged to always model positive behaviour and to value the uniqueness of each person created in God's image.
