Last week we celebrated Harmony Day. Our liturgy helped us to focus on and celebrate our cultural diversity, inclusiveness and respect for everyone in our school, community and Australia.

We continue to pray for each other and our world to strengthen us to respect, forgive and to support everyone we meet.
All classes were involved in activities to highlight their responsibility to create harmony in their lives and the lives of others.
Well done St. Matthew’s students!

βœ¨πŸ• Welcome Night 2026 πŸ•βœ¨ What a fantastic evening bringing our school community together! Our Welcome Night was filled with laughter, connection and plenty of fun as families, staff and students gathered to celebrate the start of a new year together. From the jumping castle and obstacle course to delicious pizza, great music from the DJ and lots of socialising, there was something for everyone to enjoy! It was wonderful to see new friendships forming and familiar faces reconnecting. Nights like these remind us how special our school community truly is. Thank you to everyone who came along and helped make the evening such a success β€” we can't wait for an amazing year ahead! #WelcomeNight #SchoolCommunity #StrongerTogether #NewBeginnings
