Last week we celebrated Harmony Day. Our liturgy helped us to focus on and celebrate our cultural diversity, inclusiveness and respect for everyone in our school, community and Australia.
We continue to pray for each other and our world to strengthen us to respect, forgive and to support everyone we meet.
All classes were involved in activities to highlight their responsibility to create harmony in their lives and the lives of others.
Well done St. Matthew’s students!

🌟 St Matthew’s Knockout Cricket – Mark Taylor Shield Round 3 🌟 A huge congratulations to our St Matthew’s cricket team who competed in Round 3 of the Mark Taylor Shield this week! 🏏 Despite the hot weather, our students showed incredible effort, teamwork, and sportsmanship throughout the match. While the result didn’t go our way this time, the team represented our school with great pride and spirit. 💙💛 A special thank you to Mrs Clements, who brought along the cricket equipment and took on the important role of scorer for the day — we’re so grateful for your support! 🙏 Well done to all the players and thank you to the staff and families who came along to cheer the team on! 👏 #StMatthewsPride #TeamSpirit #MarkTaylorShield #Cricket16 Oct 2025
